Supply , Installation & Commissioning of SMS notification system based on S1200-7PLC with GPRS Module . The System will send a SMS Message to the operators / Engineers / Managers of the Client in case of High Alarms occurred.

Emicool DCP3 Upgragation with Testing and Commissioning

Replacement of faulty instruments. Allen Bradley PLC reprogramming, testing & commissioning of Emicool DCP3 for a full monitoring & automated plant. Modbus Integration of Trane Chillers, all electrical and auxiliary devices. Installation of Siemens WinCC Standalone SCADA for monitoring and integration to Emicool CCC via OPC over the wireless VPN connection.

Emicool CCC integration for DCP14, DCP16 & DCP17

Installation of Siemens WinCC Standalone SCADA for each of the 3 DCPs which are connected to Plant controller via Kepware OPC. Integration of the 3 DCPs to the Main headquarters in DCP1 via Kepware OPC over the wireless VPN connection.

DEWA PLC Panel Replacement for NaOH Dissolution Plant

Dismantling of old Siemens S5 PLC panel. Migration of old S5 PLC program to latest S7-1200 PLC program. Installation of new S7-1200 PLC panel with additional 12″ Siemens KTP Basic HMI. Rewiring of existing field devices, testing, and commissioning.
